Automatic filling machine for liquid materials
The filling machine is a functional and productive device wchich allow full automation of dosing processes for highly viscous liquid products such as paints and plasters. Filling with material into individual packages. Filling is done through the dosing valve/valves installed in it. The capacity depends on the size of the valves. The filling machine has one or two valves – depending on the characteristics of the product and the efficiency of the packaging process.
The filling line is based on a weighing system which continuously measures the set value. Filling takes place in two stages: initial and additional weighing. The process can be fully automated to sensors detecting the presence of the package under the valve. Or controlled from the operator level by manually starting the process. All settings and control of the filling machine are done via the control panel.
The filling machine can be integrated with a bucket feeder and lid feeder which makes it a fully automatic packaging device. It can work as a single semi-automatic filling machine (where all activities related to positioning the packaging, i.e. placing it under the dispensing valve, putting on and pressing the lid, up to the palletizing process, are performed by an employee).
The product is transmit using a membrane or screw pump. The selection of the pump depends on the characteristics of the packaged products.
