Palletizer for buckets

The buckets palletizing line automatically places filled buckets on a pallet according to the program. The stacking of the filled buckets is done using a palletizing robot. The palletizing line also includes devices such as: a pallet warehouse, a foil feeder, roller conveyors, check scales, a lathe and a printer.

Palletization increases the repeatability of packaging placed on pallets. Technical solutions for palletizing are adapted to the specificity of the production line based on the shape, weight and quantity of collected and stacked packages.

Palletization is performed using a palletizing robot, which is equipped with a dedicated gripper. A robot equipped with an appropriate gripper can carry from one to several packages.

The advantage of palletizing is its compact dimensions and the possibility of any configuration depending on the space occupied.
