TYPE OF DUST COLLECTORS DUE TO THE FILTERING FABRIC:

– bag dust collectors – bags usually 500-2500 mm long. Temperature resistance up to 190 degrees Celsius (temporarily 240 degrees Celsius)

– cassette dust collectors – a specially formed cartridge in the form of a cassette serves as a filter.

We offer free-standing or built-on dust collectors: dust collectors for silos or tanks, square or round. Dust collectors can be equipped with a thermally insulating housing. Depending on the application, the device may have explosion protection against accumulated dust. Dust collectors can be made of S235JR constructional steel with anti-corrosion protection or AISI 304 stainless steel

APPLICATION:

chemical industry, food industry, construction industry – production of construction mixtures, agriculture – grain storage and logistics.

Dust removal installation:

The dust removal installation is a system of pipes and fittings in various diameters. Made mainly of galvanized sheet metal. The task of the dust removal installation is to transport pollution from the work zone of the machine or employee to the dust removal/filtering device. In case of special intended use, the installation can be made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
